galata gem, a flawless stay!
complimentary modem amazing decor spacious room unparalleled view
i recently enjoyed several nights here and i was blown away. the hotel provides a complimentary wifi modem for use throughout the city, this was convenient. my "beautiful room" was spacious with amazing modern décor. breakfast on the roof offers unparalleled views..
The immediate street outside can be a bit noisy during peak hours. this is a minor issue overall.

My room featured premium bedding and soundproofing. It also included a minibar stocked daily with complimentary drinks. the bathroom provided molton brown toiletries. there were plush robes. I even had slippers to use . climate control worked perfectly.

The complimentary breakfast buffet includes fresh pastries, local cheeses, and a variety of fresh fruits. the rooftop bar serves creative cocktails and has fine city views. I also saw a good beer selection. there are gluten-free options as well.

The hotel is within a short walking distance of the galata tower and several historical sites. there is also easy access to public transportation. I was able to see so much of the city. many shops and restaurants are close by.

The staff was helpful. They provided useful recommendations for local attractions. the reception desk is available 24/7. That helped since i arrived late the first night. i was greeted with great enthusiasm and warmth.

charming stay close to galata tower
attentive staff superior room portable wi-fi excellent detail
i found salim to be especially attentive. he offer a upgrade to a superior room, it was a nice surprise. they even provide a portable wi-fi router. it was a excellent detail. i had internet access even outside the hotel during our entire stay.
the mattress was very soft. the pillows werent comfortable either. i seemed like the room receive little sunlight.

the hotel was clean and very modern, a beautiful design. the terrace cafe provided wonderful views of the city, it was enjoyable. the location is perfect with just a short walk to the galata tower.

breakfast offer fresh options to start the day. i notice everything was presented beautifully and kept well-stocked. the traditional turkish breakfast was good and healthy, a proper start to the morning.

portable router thoughtful gesture smiling director
the reception staff provided a portable wi-fi router for internet access outside the hotel. salim at the reception prepared food for our early airport departure.. it was a thoughtful gesture. the director greeted us with a smile each morning at breakfast.
the minaret nearby has speakers that broadcast early morning prayers.
